Bill Blair

William Sterling Blair is a Canadian diplomat, politician, and former police officer who has served as the Canadian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom since 2026. A member of the Liberal Party, he formerly represented Scarborough Southwest in the House of Commons from 2015 to 2026. Blair held Cabinet portfolios during the Justin Trudeau and Mark Carney governments, including the role of Minister of National Defence from 2023 to 2025.
