Daniel Bar-Tal

Daniel Bar-Tal is an Israeli political psychologist and Professor Emeritus at the School of Education, Tel Aviv University. He is known for his research on the socio-psychological foundations and dynamics of intractable conflict, particularly the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He was elected a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2017 and received the Morton Deutsch Conflict Resolution Award from Division 48 of the American Psychological Association in 2014.
