An attempt is made to get Ollila to join the secret Northstar Alliance, which aims to buy – and then sell – all the Nokia shares, essentially dissolving the company through a leveraged buyout. Katarina, along with her colleague Aki Makkonen, prepare their defense strategy for the legal battle with Motorola. Nokia’s weakened position forces the company into restructuring.
