Catherine Martin (Marnee Carpenter) absconds to Carney’s Point New Jersey to confront Lila Gumb, the mother of Buffalo Bill. Recognizing the unique kinship she shares with Catherine, Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) volunteers to retrieve her.

Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) zeroes in on the entity behind the River Murders… Alastor Pharmaceuticals. When Julia informs ViCAP of the impending sale of the company, ViCAP goes to Alastor to prevent the purging of any incriminating evidence.
