Nate Hartley

Born and raised in Ohio, Nate Hartley actively performed on stage in his elementary school years before venturing into professional acting in his teens. Among Hartley's earliest screen appearances was a two-episode stint as Mitch the Snitch on "Unfabulous" and a recurring part on "iCarly," both popular Nickelodeon kids' shows. His first major role arrived in 2008, when he was cast as Wade, one of the bullied youths in "Drillbit Taylor" who hires the homeless title character, portrayed by Owen Wilson, as a bodyguard. The same year, Hartley also turned up in small parts in the quirky comedies "The Great Buck Howard," featuring John Malkovich, and "Role Models," starring Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott. He went on to guest appearances on the mom-centric sitcom "Rita Rocks" and the procedural drama "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," the latter proving to be a rare non-comedic outing for Hartley. Clearly comfortable in shows geared towards the tween/teen set, he was featured in two episodes of "Hannah Montana," one installment of the Jonas Brothers' comedy series, "Jonas," and he joined the cast of yet another Disney production, the skateboarding-oriented "Zeke and Luther," as awkward recurring character Ozzie, appearing in more than 30 episodes of the sitcom.
