Ross Harris

Ross Harris's acting career began when he was a mere eight years old. He had a part on the television special "The Big Stuffed Dog" (NBC, 1979-1980). He also starred in the TV movies "Christmas Miracle in Caufield, U.S.A." (1977-78), "Amber Waves" (ABC, 1979-1980) and "Fire on the Mountain" (NBC, 1981-82). In the beginning of his Hollywood career, Harris acted in films like the comedy "Airplane!" (1980) with Robert Hays. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Two Kinds of Love" (CBS, 1983-84). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "The Adventures of Pollyanna" (CBS, 1981-82) and "The Dog Days of Arthur Cane" (ABC, 1983-84). Additionally, he later acted in the Jane Alexander drama "Testament" (1983). Harris focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "My Brother's Wedding" (1991) with Everett Silas and "Southlander" (2003). Harris also contributed music to the horror feature "Session 9" (2001) with David Caruso and the Jennifer Westfeldt dramatic adaptation "Kissing Jessica Stein" (2002). Harris most recently appeared on the documentary "Heaven Adores You" (2015) with Elliott Smith.
