When Venezuela's president and his immediate successors die in an earthquake, Elizabeth must stop the late president's son from taking over, and she must negotiate the release of some international aid workers that he arrested.

Hank is called to help a fearful asthmatic boy, whose courageous nanny gets mysteriously ill as well. Meanwhile, Paige's secret is inadvertently exposed when a medical emergency requires her to call Hank.
