A Falcon 50 private jet is about to take off from the Punta Cana airport to Saint-Tropez, but it's intercepted by the Dominican authorities when they find 700kg of cocaine on board. Two French pilots, a third co-pilot and one passenger are arrested first, with 47 Dominican, both military men and civilians, also taken into custody in the hours to come.

The French investigation begins as suspicion grows around a second flight. Meanwhile, Dominican police infiltrate a drug‑trafficking network operating out of Punta Cana Airport. On March 20, 2013, the pilots and crew are seized right on the tarmac - caught with 700 kilos of cocaine on board.
EPISODE 4

Episode 4

The story of Air Cocaine ends with an incredible twist. The two pilots escape and arrive in France, proclaiming their innocence. A trial follows, in which they are convicted in the first instance but acquitted on appeal. Meanwhile, Frank Colin, the mastermind, is sentenced and imprisoned until his release in July 2022.
