In Canoe Pass, on the southern border of Vancouver, Evelyne boards a floating house designed by the Canadian architect Daniel Evan White. In a style more reminiscent of a yacht, the McIlveen House never fails to impress with its circular themes.

Evelyne opens the door to White Spirit Lodge, amidst the slopes of the Big White resort near Kelowna. Log-built with truly vast common areas, immense beams, timber from ancient forests, ski room, massage studio, Turkish spa, sauna, bar.

Evelyne invites us to discover the Waterfront House in Dundarave, West Vancouver, built in . Looking out to the sea, it is refined in every detail: floors in oiled oak, staircase bathed in light, lightwells, private terrace, glazed balcony etc.

A tour of Merrick House, an incredible "cabin", completely irregular, perched amongst the trees. Designed and hand-built by the Vancouver architect Paul Merrick in the s, it is made of recycled materials, indigenous wood and stone.

At the heart of British Properties, West Vancouver, Evelyne pushes open the door to a residence created by Arthur Erickson in the s. Eppich House, composed of glass and steel, with curved windows, is surrounded by greenery.

Evelyne visits an imposing heritage house in neo-Queen Anne style, built in in the chic district of Shaughnessy, Vancouver. A spectacular staircase, large conservatory and innumerable balconies bring remarkable presence to a building.
