Police officer and single father Michel suffers from hallucinations, which he learns are caused by a rare and life threatening disease; drug dealer Leanour is flooding Paris with a new, powerful synthetic drug.

Michel continues his efforts to infiltrate Leanour's network while an arrested immigrant dealer points out that it was his daughter Clara who took the stash of drugs.

Michel struggles to get the cash together needed to complete the deal, and his network insider lets him down; Leanour faces increasing competition from rivals on the streets.
