Julien's mother wakes him up and asks him about the situation with his apartment; she then informs him that she's set up a job interview for him, but he's reluctant to accept the offer.

Julien learns that he's the father of a 15-year-old boy and immediately tries to flee from Chaville, but a call from Jacques forces him to reconsider.

Julien and Jacques start hanging out like teenage best friends; Marie is not happy; Julien's mom finds out the truth about the job interview.

Jacques gets blamed when drugs are found in his best friend Benoît's bedroom, whose parents request a meeting with Marie and Julien; Julien attempts to resolve the situation.

After Jacques vanishes, Marie fears he has run away and begins to panic, so she and Jacques search for their son while trying to settle a few scores.

Jacques remains extremely angry at his father. While drunk, he calls him during an evening out and insults him. Julien hopes that by going to join him he'll be able to patch things up.
