Marvin has just arrived against his will to the Primevères, a child and adolescent psychiatric facility. It is there that he meets his new, highly extroverted roommate, Simon. There's also a pretty, but invasive, patient named Mélodie, as well as Estelle – from whom he steers clear.

When Simon and Mélodie fight over who Ryad likes the most, Simon ends up revealing a childhood secret. While Estelle is having trouble discerning what’s real when it comes to Laura, the nursing assistant.

Following Marvin’s discovery, the group all rally around Estelle. Simon meets an intriguing new patient, Ariane. Meanwhile, Marvin gets some bad news.

Mélodie’s mother pays her a surprise visit. Confronted by Simon, she breaks down. But she soon finds a shoulder to cry on in Marvin, to whom she then reveals a secret.

Fed up by an umpteenth outdoor yoga session, Marvin loses his temper. Meanwhile, refusing to take his meds, Simon is uninhibited and Estelle suffers the consequences.

The escape plan was a success! Since none of them planned that far ahead, the four teenagers are forced to find an abandoned warehouse where they settle in for the night.
