Four female South Korean celebrities – Kim Ji Min (Kim Ji Min), Hong Yoon Hwa (Hong Yoon Hwa), Hwang Bo Ra (Hwang Bo Ra), and Song Hae Na (Song Hae Na) – embark on a healing journey across South Korea. Seeking to escape their busy lives, they travel to a coastal resort, attempting yoga on the windswept beach and trying their hand at cooking.
