P.E.A.C.E. is a secret organization headquartered in an underground sewer deep in Paris, France; Rooky, Texture and Roborobo protect the city from Big Boss and his evil followers who dare to threaten peace.

The Spy Penguins are under a lot of pressure with their world-saving missions; they love to stay in the dressing room when they're free, but there are always accidents.

Rooky's secret suitcase is always full of interesting gadgets, and Texture and Roborobo are very attracted to them.

Big Boss drops huge billiard balls from the sky in order to finish off Rooky, who's observing Paris; Rooky tries to get away from the billiard balls with the help of his jet shoes.

The penguins are in a trap; there's a hidden talent at the PEACE headquarters.
