S14, E3: World-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay puts a group of aspiring chefs through a series of tough challenges. This time, the chefs are given a rude awakening as they are tasked with entering an icy lake early in the morning to match up fish heads to their correct bodies. The winning team end up getting even wetter during surfing lessons, while the losers are forced to prep the fish for dinner service.
