A Scooby-Doo Halloween

S2, E6: The Scooby Gang heads to the eerie town of Banning Junction to spend Halloween with Velma's aunt, uncle and her beautiful and flirtatious cousin Marcy. The townspeople are celebrating 100 Years of Halloween, including a crowning of the Queen of the Masquerade Ball and a performance by the band, KISS. But when spine-tingling events begin to occur, a fearful townswoman blames it on the ghost of Hank Banning, the town's founder and ousted mayor, who's come for revenge on the town that wronged him 100 years ago. While Shaggy and Scooby anxiously wait to meet KISS before trick-or-treating, they reluctantly help Fred, Daphne and Velma discover who is really behind the Halloween mischief.
