Brewster Meets the Mayor

S2, E21: Brewster is due to carry the new Mayoress of Chuggington, Mayor Pullman, across the newly re-opened Border Bridge. But when the bridge appears to be unstable it looks as though the welcoming ceremony will have to be cancelled.
