Dominican Republic

S3, E8: Bear touches down in the Dominican Republic in the midst of hurricane season. He jumps from a hovering helicopter into the open sea and swims to a deserted island only to find it devoid of fresh water. Facing dehydration in the tropical heat, Bear makes a raft from storm debris to reach the mainland, where he tackles a mosquito-infested mangrove, a desert, and white water rapids.
