Episode 1

S1 E1: It's the first day of a new trial and Sikh schoolboy Duvinder Singh is accused of the shocking murder of a 15-year-old classmate. The beginning of the trial sees the various members of the jury prepare for the stress of this high profile case. For some it's an honour, a sense of duty; for Charles Gore it's a welcome break from the Seminary where he is in training for the priesthood. In the first few hours he establishes a friendship with Elsie, a 60-year-old loner.
