Episode 1

S1, E1: Polly Bevan is a devoted mother and loyal wife to local politician and leader of Glyngolau Council, Iwan. Disaster strikes their town when a construction site collapses, killing a group of children. Only Polly's daughter, Leona, survives. The town, including Polly's close friends Angela, Greta and Debbie, mourn the deaths of loved ones. Polly directs her anger at the Kallbridge Development's project's leader, slick executive Harriet Paulsen. But as the dust settles Polly's shocked to realise it might be Leona who gets the blame.
