S1, E3: Ainsley is cooking up a fun, World-Cup inspired feast for special guests ex-England ace Michael Owen and former `Neighbours' star Alan Fletcher. On the menu are classics from Jamaica and Spain: jerk chicken wings and a paella. Ainsley is joined in the kitchen by regular Candice Brown, who's making speedy nachos with a difference.
