S1, E3: Actor and media student Sam from Kent has Down syndrome. The 27-year-old has appeared in `The Inbetweeners' and `EastEnders' and has a supportive family life, but feels there is something missing: a girl. Also featured are Kali, a 20-year-old singer from south London who has William's syndrome, and skater Hadyn, who has Crouzon syndrome, a facial condition for which he's already had 40 operations.
