S1, E15: Elias suspects that Ana is yet to make a decision about what to do, which is why she's pretending to be in a state of shock. He asks Alicia to try and convince her; she's the only one who can do it. Alicia hires Marta Hess to prepare a joint defense for Elias and Pol, just in case Ana talks and incriminates them.
