S3, E5: As the allure of becoming a Blend (live without fear!) entices people to Murphytown, Dr. Merch works on a Blend vaccine as well as a booster shot to slow Murphy's descent into Zombiedom. Dr. Merch stabs 10K with the booster instead, revealing mutiny: the booster shot can also restore freewill to a Murphy Blend.
