Fall Out: Part 1

S6, E1: Sam Ryan and her team are called out to a major pile-up on a busy road which has left 11 people dead and many more injured. Among the wreckage and bodies, they discover a severed arm which doesn't belong to any of the victims, and Sam's suspicions are aroused when DCI Deacon appears to be overtly interested in one of the corpses.
