S1, E4: Just down the road from The Dog Hotel is the local branch of dog rescue centre - the Dogs' Trust. Here, Matt and Leon meet Pip. Pip was born with a condition which gives her the 'collywobbles' and potential new owners are finding her shaking off-putting. Matt and Leon offer to have Pip groomed and photographed in the hope that it will improve her chances of finding a new home.
