S9, E8: Nikki and Harry realize that the source of the faked medication is in fact a clever and callous wholesaler who is watering down the drugs he sells in order to increase his profit. There is one last psychotic patient out on the streets who is taking the wrong medication - can Nikki find him before he kills someone else?
