Pilchard's Breakfast / Scoop's In Charge

S3, E104: When Bob forgets to feed Pilchard her breakfast, the kitty decides to fend for herself. After much mischief and a few close calls, Pilchard finds herself with a full tummy as Bob realizes his mistake. / While taking up an invitation to Town Hall, Bob and Wendy leave Scoop in charge of the Mayer's new garage. Scoop's new found authority goes to his head as he bosses the other machines around and accidentally runs over Mr Bentley's watch, a blunder that Bob must resolve.
