Like 80 percent of us, they do not tell their doctor the FULL truth about what goes in their trolley. When Michael goes undercover at the checkout, he discovers the shocking truth including a Gobsmacking 38 pints of cola a week, for Chris alone. Rebecca loves 'wine o' clock', as their shopping shows, and a dangerously high level of ultra-processed food. And it turns out there is a worrying reason for Rebecca's tiredness which Michael quickly uncovers and begins overhauling their diet immediately.
