S7, E5: Luxton and District Traction Company is having difficulties attracting the right sort of staff. On top of this, the number of passengers using their buses is falling so the image of the company has to be revised. A public relations company is employed and start an all-out effort to improve the presentation of the depot staff. Will they be happy with the changes?
