S5, E24: While they are looking for spare parts for the Thundertank in Jorma's technology junkyard, the Soul Sever sends his robot army (the Necromechs) to steal the Book of Omens. He needs it to power his experiment to take the souls of living creatures and implant them into cyborgs. The next step is to test the transfer using the Cats as guinea pigs.
