Time to Murder and Create

S4, E1: An old case reopened catches Tony Hill out, and so does the surprise news that Carol Jordan has been replaced. Combative and wily new detective Alex Fielding doesn't like Tony or his methods, but she gradually realises that he knows much more about her first major murder case than he should.
