S1, E1: Taking an irreverent look at parenthood from the point of view of working mother Reagan, supported by her stay-at-home husband Chris, and Ava, her best friend and boss. In the first episode, Reagan returns to her job as a TV show producer after giving birth to baby Amy, and is immediately confronted with a heavy workload thanks to demanding talk show host Ava.
