S5, E25: After salvaging a flying vessel, the Feliner, from the Soul Sever's lair, the ThunderCats find the city of Avista high above the clouds, but Prefect Vultaire and his fellow bird creatures are not interested in Mumm-Ra or the Cats' quest, until Tygra challenges him to a flying contest to gain the Tech Stone, but Vultaire has no intention of fighting fair.
