Whiff's Wish

S16, E16: Whiff is given the job of collecting trucks of rubbish from across the island. Whiff hears Spencer being praised for his grandness. Whiff wishes that he, too, could be a grand engine. So, instead of collecting his rubbish trucks, Whiff searches for opportunities to be grand.
