Albatross

Seventeen year old force of nature Emelia (Jessica Brown Findlay Downton Abbey) bursts into the lives of the Fischer family when she’s hired to work in their guest house. Beth Fischer (Felicity Jones, Chalet Girl), also seventeen, is cramming for her exams, whilst dad Jonathan (Sebastian Koch, The Lives of Others), once a best-selling author, is suffering from writer’s block and the breakdown of his marriage with Joa (Julia Ormond, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button). Jonathan sees promise in Emelia and begins to tutor her whilst the girls friendship begins to flourish. But when Jonathan and Emelia begin an affair, their blossoming friendship is put to the test.
