Sara takes her St Bernard to stay with her weird Uncle Freddy for the summer holidays, where Beethoven digs up an old $10 bill that, as is later discovered, is part of a lost fortune. As a result, the entire town want a piece of Beethoven as they try to get their grubby hands on the money.
