Martial arts legend Jet Li marks his directorial debut in this action-packed epic! At the end of World War II, a young soldier, Jet, returns to his hometown in China after fighting the Japanese. However, on his arrival he finds that Americans have taken the glory of victory, and now freely insult the residents of Qingdao. Angered by this, Jet enters the boxing ring, keen to teach these 'liberators' a lesson.
