On a sweltering hot summer day in February 1992, the unidentifiable bloated body of a man was found in the Black River in Cape Town. He had a crossbow bolt through his head. Through an ingenious new method, the pathologist on the case was able to take the victims fingerprints to identify him. Slowly the police put the pieces together, and the facts about the horrific murder began to emerge.
