Diplomatic Siege

General Buck Swain is a NATO officer who takes matters into his own hands after Serbian terrorists take over the American Embassy in Bucharest. He has a hidden ally, Steve Parker, who is working with diplomatic attaché Erica Long in a hidden surveillance room, trying to disarm a nuclear bomb left behind during the Cold War.
