Based on Wim Wenders' unique approach and under his mentorship, six Iranian films were created as part of the “A Sense of Place” project. A hybrid film combining fiction and documentary about a traveler whose shadow wants to lead a life of its own upon his arrival in Germany. To encounter it, the traveler points his video camera at it—and at himself.
