Maverick LA cop duo Mel Gibson and Danny Glover tangle with Hong Kong triad gangster Jet Li in the last hurrah for the all-action series. Regular director Richard Donner keeps his foot on the accelerator with another round of explosive set-pieces while Chris Rock joins comedy sidekick Joe Pesci and the boys to keep the banter at maximum velocity. This is one franchise that goes out with a bang!
