Loyal Opposition

There is a terrorist on the rampage, and the President must take action. His top military commander believes the President should send in the army, but the President prefers to try negotiation first. The general's impatience gets the better of him, and he kidnaps the President, leaving Vice President Lane, the first woman to hold that office, to save the day - and the President.
