The unlucky punks of San Francisco make Clint Eastwood's day as Inspector Harry Callahan returns to investigate a wave of strange murders sweeping across the city. Already 'Dirty', Harry's name becomes mud in the SFPD when he traces the killings back to a brotherhood of dodgy cops (led by David Soul). Written by John 'Apocalypse Now' Milius and Michael 'Deerhunter' Cimino, no villain is left ungunned in this ruthlessly efficient sequel.
