Plunge

Plunge is raw and intimate meditation on the collision of tragedy and beauty. We follow Alec as he undertakes an extreme physical challenge—cold plunging—to face the unspeakable: his 13-month-old daughter’s cancer diagnosis. As Alec and Melissa open up, the film enters a vulnerable space of grief, love, and endurance, culminating in a surreal 48 hours that reframe suffering and hope.
