It's supposed to be a paradise holiday; a group of five young American friends travel to Panama for a week of relaxation and reconnection. Despite ominous whispers, they befriend a beautiful woman who goes against the specific instructions of her brother and brings the Americans on a day trip into the pristine falls at the nearby jungle. What begins as a fun outing quickly becomes terrifying when their guide mysteriously vanishes. As night closes in the friends realise too late the truth behind the warnings: the legendary, blood-sucking Chupacabra is now stalking them.
