Taeter City

In Taeter City everything is managed : The authority. They use a special radio wave system called Zeed that lets them identify criminals. These special radio waves alter the brain of criminals, forcing them to commit suicide. When the Zeed system malfunctions and the radio waves make the criminals stronger three Biker officers (Razor, Shock and Wank)are tasked with managing this situation.
