The Tenant

When Chloe (Kristen Dalton) and Michael Carpenter decide to rent their cottage, Robert Mars (David Arquette) seems like the perfect tenant. A romance novelist, Robert seems pleasant and respectable and soon moves in. But their new tenant is harboring a grisly secret and Chloe soon becomes suspicious. As she delves into Robert's past, she realises that her whole family is in grave danger and that to save everyone she loves, she must put her own life on the line.
