Back in LA after a tricky six months, motorbiker Ford just wants to patch things up with his girl, but he's framed for murder by gang leader Henry James and being pursued by the FBI and two biker crews: James's Hellions, who think he's got their drugs, and the Reapers, whose leader is out for revenge.
