A mad scientist's potion transforms a lowly beagle into a fast-talking, high-flying superhound in this CG-powered frolic from Disney. Voiced by Jason Lee, the canine crimefighter makes an enemy of diminutive crackpot Dr Simon Barsinister (Peter Dinklage) but finds new best friends in an ex-cop (James Belushi) and his teenage son.
